No-Hallucinations Mode
A single toggle restricts the AI to only produce statements backed by your uploaded documents. When enabled, each sentence includes a traceable citation. When disabled, the model can draw on its training data for broader context.

AI Personas
Define reusable persona configurations — system prompts, model selection, temperature, and generation mode — so your team can switch between specialized assistants in a single click. Personas are scoped to the organization, project, or individual user level.
Chat Session Management
Writing conversations are automatically saved and organized. Name sessions, return to them later, and maintain full context history. Sessions inherit the active persona and document set, so you pick up exactly where you left off.

Multi-Tenant Separation
Five-level hierarchy (System, Organization, Division, Project, User) ensures complete data separation. Each tenant operates in a sealed context with no cross-tenant data leakage.
AI Provider Management
Adapter pattern supports Ollama, Anthropic, OpenAI, and AWS Bedrock simultaneously. Select the right model at each prompt with per-provider cost tracking and usage analytics.
Authentication & SSO
JWT-based authentication with OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and Just-In-Time provisioning. Integrate with your existing identity provider for seamless single sign-on.
Role-Based Access Control
Seven default roles with hierarchical scoping. Permissions cascade through the org hierarchy, and custom roles can be defined at any level for granular access control.
AI Persona System
Define reusable AI configurations — model, temperature, system prompt, and generation mode — at any scope level. Share personas across teams or keep them personal.
Document Management
Multi-format upload (PDF, DOCX, TXT, and more) with automatic chunking, vector embedding, and metadata extraction. Organize documents by project with full version history.
